I had never been here before and man was I surprised!!! Melania took extremely good care of us and I Will be back! The food was AWESOME, the music was soothing and took me way back, the ambiance was just right! Nothing to complain about! It was an amazing experience! Thank you, Jelani💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Mahogany was my waitress, she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish she was very polite, attentive, friendly and even recommended certain items that were popular and specials the store was offering. She has great customer service skills and is a great asset to this restaurant! She made my first experience here, all worth while. I didn't have to ask for anything or look for her. 10/10 service! I'll definitely be coming back and would love to have her as my waitress again!

Ryan was out server at the bar on 3/1/26....he was very attentive, and very pleasant to chat with. Unfortunately the young lady that was working the bar area gave us a menu and walked away never to come back to help us. She did have time to walk past everyone at the bar asking if everyone was ok, EXCEPT for me and my wife. I felt it as very racial........But it will not stop me from coming back...The food is great.

Our dinner was great. Nacho appetizer may have been the best we ever had, our ribs had great flavor and were nice and tender. All our sides were good. Only point they missed was Texas toast was not warm enough.

We had a great experience. Our server Jelani was so helpful when we had questions about the menu and made our experience even better. He gave us awesome customer service and the overall vibe/ music was great. We’ll definitely be going back to try more drinks and food.

Me and my daughter came on Thanksgiving. Surprised it was a lot of people eating there. The food was amazing. Servers were great! We are going to make this our new tradition!

Today I had a very pleasant experience at Smokey Bones. The server was excellent!! I believe her name was Nina...very attentive and took our orders accurately. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time; we didn’t have to wait long for our food. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the appetizer was (BBQ nachos) OMG they were delicious! I also ordered a burger with fries, and the fries were amazing. Overall, the atmosphere was great...lively, but you could still have a conversation with your group. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. Excellent service! We will definitely be back!

The food taste so delicious, it was my first time here and I loved it . Food came out very fast even though they were busy . Jennifer was my server she’s really polite and attentive at all times . I would highly recommend eating from here

Every restaurant tonight had an hour wait but when coming here' we walked in and immediately got seated. The server Sam was polite' courteous and attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain the menu and was patient when taking our order. Food waa good. Atmosphere relaxing' the music playing the background was great.
